Booking and confirmation

Online requests are saved as pending bookings. The team confirms availability, final rental price, pickup details, and payment instructions before the rental is approved.

Pickup and return

Customers should bring a valid driving licence and ID/passport. The vehicle condition, fuel level, mileage, and signatures are recorded on the rental contract.

Payments and deposits

No payment is taken during the booking request. Any required deposit, balance, extra charges, and discounts are confirmed by the team before or during pickup.

Vehicle use

The renter is responsible for traffic fines, penalties, fuel agreement, late returns, and vehicle damage during the rental period.
